Shoulder
There are many factors that can result in shoulder pain including a direct injury. Your Physical Therapist will do a comprehensive examination to evaluate the source of your specific issue and develop a functional based rehabilitative program for what you are going through aimed at returning you to the highest level of function. They will take the time to explain their findings and the treatment plan they have developed specifically for you. A treatment program for shoulder conditions may include:
- Manual therapy (Graston/IASTM, joint mobilizations, kinesiotaping, massage, etc)
- Modalities (heat, ice, electrode therapy)
- ROM/mobility exercise
